Neuro-affirming support for living well
For autistic people, people with ADHD, and other neurodivergent people

This page is for autistic people, people with ADHD, and other neurodivergent people — and for families supporting them. You may have a diagnosis, be self-identified, or simply feel that your brain works differently. You do not need to use particular labels or language to be welcome here.

We offer neuro-affirming support focused on understanding, self-acceptance, and wellbeing. Our work helps neurodivergent people learn how their brains actually work, rather than being told how they don’t. For families, we provide guidance that supports connection, confidence, and advocacy, without blame or deficit-based approaches. Everything we offer is grounded in current evidence and in what neurodivergent people themselves say they need to live well.

As our work develops, this page will also include details of peer support spaces, group sessions, and other opportunities to connect and learn together. All offers will be designed to be accessible, affirming, and led with care.

You are welcome here whether you are just beginning to explore neurodivergence, or have known for a long time.

You don’t need to have everything worked out to reach out.
If you’d like to ask a question or explore what support might be helpful, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
